Borosilicate glass beads with a diameter of 2.5 mm, packed in 500 g jars. Before packaging, the beads are rinsed three times in distilled water. These beads are designed for use in dry glass bead sterilizers, which are used to sterilize small instruments. Dry glass beads can be heated up to 250°C. Inserting clean instruments into the glass beads completes the sterilization process, destroying all microorganisms, including spores, in under 10 seconds.
Precision beads measuring 2.0 +/-0.3 mm. The borosilicate material is made from natural silicate sand and raw materials (not recycled crushed glass), and contains no heavy metals. These glass beads offer high heat resistance and resistance to temperature fluctuations. They have a low coefficient of thermal expansion and high corrosion resistance, and are suitable for daily heating in glass bead sterilizers.
