2. Services
2.1. Egoral OÜ provides beauty services (manicure, pedicure, gel polish, nail extensions, etc.) in three Tallinn salons: Mustamäe, Kesklinn, and Lasnamäe.
2.2. Service prices are displayed on the website and in salons. Prices include VAT.
2.3. Service duration and price may vary depending on nail condition and client preferences.
3. Booking and Cancellation
3.1. Bookings can be made on www.maniküür.ee, by phone, or WhatsApp.
3.2. Free cancellation is available at least 2 hours before the scheduled time.
3.3. Late cancellation or no-show may result in refusal of future bookings.
3.4. The service provider reserves the right to cancel bookings with advance notice, offering alternative times.
4. Payment
4.1. Services can be paid for in cash, by bank transfer, or with bonus points.
4.2. Gift cards can be purchased by bank transfer or bonus points on the website.
4.3. Payment is considered complete upon receipt of funds to the service provider's account.
5. Bonus Program
5.1. Registered clients earn bonus points for each service.
5.2. Bonus points exchange rate: 17 points = 1 EUR discount.
5.3. Bonus points can be used for services and gift card purchases.
5.4. Bonus points do not expire, but the company reserves the right to modify program terms with 30 days' notice.
6. Quality Guarantee
6.1. The technician is responsible for the quality of work performed.
6.2. If the client is unsatisfied with the result, the technician will redo the work free of charge within a reasonable time (usually 7 days).
6.3. In exceptional cases, the company may offer a partial refund of up to 50% of the service cost.
6.4. Complaints must be submitted as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the service.
7. Liability
7.1. The client is responsible for providing accurate information about their health condition (allergies, skin problems, etc.).
7.2. The service provider is not liable for damages caused by inaccurate information provided by the client.
7.3. The service provider's liability is limited to the cost of the service.
8. Personal Data
8.1. Personal data processing is conducted according to our Privacy Policy.
9. Dispute Resolution
9.1. Disputes are resolved through negotiation.
9.2. If no agreement is reached, consumers may contact the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (www.ttja.ee) or the court.
10. Final Provisions
10.1. These terms apply to all clients using Egoral OÜ services.
10.2. The company reserves the right to modify terms with notice on the website.
10.3. Estonian law applies to these terms.
